POSTING PERIODS
Resumes will be automatically deactivated on the following dates:

Fall Resumes: November 1
Spring Resumes: May 1
Winter Resumes: February 1

REVISIONS
Revisions are free-of-charge and can be made at any time by visiting the "Student Gate" web page and clicking the "Edit a Resume" button.

CANCELLING SERVICE
Your resume will be automatically removed from our web site according to the the table in the "Posting Period" section above. You can however, cancel you posting at any time by visiting the "Student Gate" web page and clicking the "Cancel a Resume" button.

PRIVACY
The information that you provide to us here is posted on our web site and is available to anyone wishing to browse our web site. Aside from this however, the information that we collect is kept confidential and is not sold, transferred our given in anyway to any second or third parties.

We recommend that you provide us with your email address so that employers can contact you and so that we can send you new internships of interest as they are posted on our site. To keep your identity confidential however, we have implemented a useful feature that keeps your email address unrecognizable to those browsing and using our site.

ADVISE
Rising Star Internships does not guarantee the legitimacy of an employer or internship position. When contacted by an employer or when considering an internship, you should find out as much as possible about the organization before committing to an interview or internship. Find out what your assignment will be and ask if you can contact any former interns to find out how they enjoyed their experience. Then consult with your guidance counselor, teacher and/or parent before accepting an offer.

Also, your resume will give prospective employers their first impression of you--make it count! Provide them with clear, concise information that is grammatically correct!
